These terms apply to all relationships arising from use of the Site.

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Site or third parties.

Placing excessive load on servers, unauthorized access, or otherwise interfering with operation.

3. Use of Wallpapers

The permitted scope of use for distributed wallpapers is set out on the separate "License" page. Please review it before downloading.

4. Members

Members are responsible for keeping their information accurate and their password secure. The Site is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized account use.

5. Disclaimer

The Site does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of information or wallpapers provided, and is not liable for any damages arising from use.

The Site may change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located where the operator is based.

7. Changes

The Site may revise these terms as necessary.
